Our content

All questions, mark schemes, examiner insights, lesson notes, mock papers, diagrams, illustrations, worked solutions, software, page design and the selection, sequencing and arrangement of all of it are original works created by or for REVISIONPREP a product of INACADEMICS, and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and by copyright law internationally.

Our questions are written from published syllabus documents by our own subject teachers and examiners. They are not copies, adaptations or reproductions of past examination papers, specimen papers, or any other material published by an examination board.

Copyright in our materials is not transferred by purchase. Buying a plan grants the limited personal licence described in our Terms of Service and nothing more.

Our marks

“RevisionPrep”, the RevisionPrep logo, and our product names are trademarks of REVISIONPREP a product of INACADEMICS.

What you may do

• refer to RevisionPrep by name, accurately, when describing or reviewing our service;
• link to revisionprep.com without prior permission;
• state truthfully that you are a subscriber, or that your school uses RevisionPrep.

What you may not do

• use our name or logo in your own business name, product name, application name, or domain name, including any confusingly similar variant;
• use our marks in a way that suggests affiliation, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement where none exists;
• alter our logo, or use it as an element of your own branding;
• register or bid on our marks as a trading name or as a lookalike domain.

Independence from the International Baccalaureate Organization

“International Baccalaureate”, “IB”, “IB Diploma Programme”, “Diploma Programme”, “DP”, “Middle Years Programme”, “MYP”, “Primary Years Programme”, “Theory of Knowledge” and “Extended Essay”, together with the associated logos and devices, are trademarks of the International Baccalaureate Organization. We claim no right in them.

Where those names appear on our site or in our materials, they are used descriptively and nominatively, for the sole purpose of identifying the programme, subject, year group or assessment criterion to which our independently written material is aligned. Their use is intended to inform students and teachers about the fit of our materials, and does not indicate any relationship with the IBO.

Our materials are not IB publications. They have not been reviewed, moderated or authorised by the IBO. Nothing on this site should be taken as an official statement of syllabus content, assessment requirements or grade boundaries; students should rely on the official documents supplied through their school.

Other examination boards and curricula

Where our materials refer to other curricula or awarding bodies, the same position applies: the relevant names and marks belong to their respective owners, are used descriptively only, and no affiliation or endorsement is claimed or implied.

Third-party material we use

Where our content incorporates third-party material — for example data sets used in a data-response question, an image, or a quotation used under fair dealing for the purposes of education, criticism or review — that material remains the property of its owner and is credited where required. If you believe an attribution is missing or incorrect, tell us at [email protected] and we will correct it.

Reporting infringement of our content

If you find RevisionPrep material published without permission, please report it to [email protected] with a link and, if possible, a screenshot. We pursue infringement of our question bank actively, including by notice to hosting providers, platform takedown procedures, and proceedings where warranted.

If you believe we have infringed your rights

We take copyright seriously and will act promptly on a properly made complaint. Send a written notice to [email protected], marked “Copyright complaint”, containing:

• your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
• identification of the work you say has been infringed, and evidence of your ownership or authority to act;
• the exact location on our Service of the material complained of, precise enough for us to find it;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
• a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf;
• your signature, physical or electronic.

On receipt of a complete notice we will acknowledge within 2 working days, remove or disable access to the material while we investigate, and notify the person who supplied it where applicable.

Counter-notice and repeat infringers

If material of yours has been removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] identifying the material, explaining why the removal was in error, and providing your contact details and consent to jurisdiction. We will pass it to the complainant and may restore the material if no proceedings are commenced within a reasonable period.

We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
